Palm Beach County to use eminent domain for Boca Rio Road

Palm Beach County plans to acquire at least eight properties by eminent domain for improvements to Boca Rio Road. The properties are located between Palmetto Park Road and Glades Road. The eight property owners have rejected the County's initial offers. The County has valued the properties at $330,000.
